With a $3500 budget I transformed his Chicago apartment into a modern zen retreat!
This bachelor needed a home with spa vibes; soft hues and cozy textures. I mixed minimal yet bold decor with a splash of his love for rescue pups. To keep a clean and simple feel I created hidden storage that also served as seating. We kept the furniture that worked well with his style goals and function while selling/donating furniture that was outdated or didn’t work with the layout. See the full reveal below!
